Enrollment Process Instructions:

Step 1:

Please note that this is the first step in the enrollment process to establish water and sewer services, services will not be turned on until all steps are completed. Once you submit your information, Tri City Water & Sanitary Authority will contact you to gather additional information and process your initial payment.

Step 2:

After submitting your application, our office will reach out to confirm your enrollment and arrange the first payment installment. An advance monthly payment of $118.85 for homeowners and $168.85 for renters ($118.85 + $50 deposit) is due before turn on.  The $118.85 includes the minimum monthly charge for water and sewer plus a $20 new account fee.  The $50.00 deposit for renters is refundable when the closing bill is paid in full. Your services will not be activated until these steps are completed.
