Our office will reach out to confirm your enrollment and arrange the first payment installment. An advance monthly payment of $118.85 for homeowners and $168.85 for renters ($118.85 + $50 deposit) is due before turn on.  The $118.85 includes the minimum monthly charge for water and sewer plus a $20 new account fee.  The $50.00 deposit for renters is refundable when the closing bill is paid in full. Your services will not be activated until these steps are completed.
