Meeting Minutes
Paul asked the Board if we should pursue the design build process. Chris made
a motion that we pursue a design build method of contracting for the shop building. Bruce
seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
Paul reported that we will be opening bids on July 18th for the design
build contract. That contract should be awarded at our August meeting.
Tri City JW&SA has been awarded Outstanding Performer status by the Oregon Health Authority for maintaining excellent water standards. This achievement extends our survey period to five years—a testament to our dedication to delivering safe, high-quality water to our community.
